Here’s some company from my vacations…

This was some vacations!

One of the best TV series I have ever seen… Even though the end was fabulous, I must say that it is sad to think that it had to end. It was brilliant, simply brilliant…
Awesome is the best word to describe the new version of Battle Star Galactica (BSG). Although being a sci-fi fan, I have to admit that I never had the change to see the “old” version of this TV series (I didn’t say huge fan). The BSG marathon to reach the end of season 2 was almost necessary, in fact, after a couple of episodes I was totally hooked! And the season finale!… Amazing!

The suspense left in the air by the end of season 2 was so spectacular that I started immediately to watch season 3. I only hope that it continues to be this great until the end…
As a final note: ‘Frak’ all ‘Toasters’… Personally, I like the Model Six’s shapes.

This post is a statement of my complete addiction to TV series, specially the ones produces in north america. Currently, the focus of this addiction is mainly Lost, but that just because other series like House MD, Numbers, Criminal Minds, Dexter amongst other are on break.
The main reason to this addiction is the lack of interesting Portuguese productions. From my point of view, the national productions (known as “telenovelas”) are directed to a specific public, which include only the lonely old ladies and the brainless. [Sorry if this offends you, but it's my opinion. Sue me.]
The stupid aspect of it all is that, some Portuguese channels do show the series that interest me, but in schedules that are less than adequate! Sometimes, this series are shown well after 2 AM.
Indeed, the advent of BitTorrent is welcomed!
